Vegetarian Pepper Steak

1 pk Mongolian Veggie pepper steak

2 Tb. sesame oil or  olive oil

1 lg green scallion

1 lg. yellow onion

1 lg. red pepper

1lg. green pepper

4 cloves garlic

1/2 cup Braggs Liquid  Aminos

1/2 cup seasoned unbleached flour

1/2 tps. black pepper

1/2 cup mushrooms (optional)

1/2 env. Brown Serve-A-Gravy

Slice steak into strips  season  with salt pepper, garlic , season flour with pepper and garlic (granulated) chineese spice,

Dip the steak strips into the Braggs then flour steak and put steak in a container and put in  frig  while preparing  the  vegetables

slice peppers length wise into strips set aside, cut your onion into quarters, mince garlic, set aside

Put oil in the pan on a medium  flame for 2 min.then brown steak strips and set them aside

add the remainder of the oil, minced garlic, red peppers, green peppers, simmer 2 minutes then add onion andmushrooms{optiomal)

simmer until vegetables begin to become a little tender  then remove vegetables from pan sprinkle serve a gravy into the pan then add steak strips  wait 2min. then add 1/2 cup water and stir and simmer, slice scallions to garnish pepper steak




Looks can be deceiving, you may think this is a healthy breakfast , think again even though it's vegetarian it's still acidic, our bodies are alkaline  in an acidic world. Are you ready to feel better then ever before

              Scramble Tofu & Vegetarian Sausage

                                  

 

   



A GREAT EGG SUBSTITUTE IS TOFU.....GREAT SOURCE OF PROTEIN... Organic Tofu Non GMO's


                  Scrambled Tofu            
                
                 2  Tbs imitation bacon bits (optional)
                 1  Tub Firm Tofu

                1 tbs olive oil or soy margarine

                  phour salt & pepper


Remove tofu from package and place between paper towels to drain water from the tofu, it helps if you put something heavy on the top of the tofu to press out the water. Place margarine & olive oil in the pan and heat over medium flame. Crumble tofu up using your fingers and place in the pan in the pan and heat over medium flame.  Add turmeric, salt & pepper to taste. After removing tofu from pan toss in the imitation bacon bits.


* If you would like to use soy margarine instead of butter you can find soy margarine at your local health food store. Spectrum is a brand name of margarine.

                      

                   Vegetarian Sausage

                            1 roll Lightlife sausage

                            2 Tsb. olive oil

                           1/2 tsp. sage

                           1/2 tsp. garlic

                           1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
                           
                           1/4 tsp. cyanne pepper ( optional )
                           pinch ra salt & pepper  (* link on services                                   page)



Mix sausage, sage, garlic powder, thyme leaves, salt & pepper in a bowl, form sausage into patties or links. Place sausages in frig for 15 minutes, put oil in pan & allow pan to get hot, brown sausage on each side until golden brown, place sausage on paper towel

. Vibrations (Frequencies) and Food


Everything in the Universe has a vibration (frequencies), including your physical body. Each flower, plant, tree, mineral, rock, crystal, or gemstone has its own specific vibration. Each type of cell, organ, and system in each living organism also has its own specific vibration. Each thought and emotion has its own vibration. Each sound and color has its own vibration.

When an individual is not well their body's vibration lowers, the immune system weakens, and many invaders enter and stay in a person’s body. This includes parasites, worms, bacterial infections, viruses, and different types of fungus. These invaders not only affect the direct functioning of a body, but they also cause other problems since they daily unload many toxins into the human body. Today we are being exposed to many of these invaders on a regular basis. E.g. A simple visit to a hospital can expose you to many infectious bacteria.

Disharmonious or unbalanced vibrations show themselves in many ways including discomfort, dis-ease, illness, fatigue, and a variety of different symptoms. When a body is healthy is has a relatively high vibration, and this is reflected through the vibrations of individual cells, organs and systems. When a person is not perfectly healthy the vibrations in the body are lowered.

Following are general guidelines that will assist your body to eliminate cellular toxins and increase its cellular frequency:

EAT FOODS THAT INCREASE VITALITY AND REDUCE STRESS

* Whole foods.
* Organically grown foods
* Locally grown foods.
* In season.
* Food prepared slowly, with mindfulness and with love feed the body and the soul

DEVELOP HABITS THAT INCREASE VITALITY AND REDUCE STRESS

* Eat food in moderation.
* Eat foods that keep the body slightly more alkaline.
* Be calm and fully present while eating.
* Bless the food and all who made it possible for your nourishment and pleasure.

AVOID "FOODS" THAT DECREASE VITALITY AND INCREASE STRESS

* Genetically modified
* Irradiated
* Cooked in a microwave oven.
* Refined (white flour, white rice, all grains that have the germ and the bran removed). Processed (all junk food; most snack foods).
* High glycemic. These sugary, starchy foods affect blood sugar levels and weight management.
* Hydrogenated (margarine; vegetable shortening, lard).
* Containing additives (chemicals and hormones), preservatives or color dyes
* Artificial sweeteners—all of them
* Coffee whiteners
* Canned.


AVOID EATING HABITS THAT DECREASE VITALITY AND INCREASE STRESS

* Eating more than the body can digest at a meal
* Drinking with meals dilutes digestive enzymes and hydrochloric acid in the stomach
* Bolting food down.
* Being distracted.
* Eating while feeling tense or emotionally upset—very acid forming.
* Arguing while eating—more acid in the system
